      Pros

      You get to work with some amazingly talented individuals across many varied and interesting projects. Flexible work time and environment. Supportive of career progression and improving skills.

      Cons

      Given the time difference, working with the HQ team was sometimes difficult. Project briefs sometime weren't very detailed and required additional meetings to discover required details.

      Bad management, terrible deadlines. Some of the worst people I've ever met.

      - Team peers are a great collective of very passionate and talented professionals.

      Cons

      - Management tries to squeeze as much of you as possible for as little pay as possible. - Senior pay is definitely one of the lowest in the industry, even though the title responsibilities are comparable with other companies
