Pros

there are no pros at all ..Coworkers are the only nice thing about this place, that they all agree they have made the worst decision in their lives that they have joined this awful company

Cons

where to start ...the first couple months, the owners treat you in a good way but then its like hell.. Hell is better than working for the owners .you'll get treated like you're not a human being.Trudy has no respect for anyone, she loves herself and only herself . dont ever work for this company , you'll be dealing with stress and anxiety everyday and ive seen many employees leaving her office with tears. The only good days there , when she's away for few days . Dont ever believe any good reviews here , they are written by the management ..the bad reviews here are very true and honest .Do yourself a favor and do not work for this company .. they corner you and threaten you all the time and make you feel this is the only job youll ever get, so you better deal with their awful treatment .AGAIN TRUDY AND KEVIN are the worst employers EVER and they have no respect for anyone. I DONT RECOMMEND WORKING HERE TO MY WORST ENEMY

Pros

Business trips to Cannes twice a year

Cons

- Selling dated programming from the 90s with poor production values in a time when Showtime and HBO are churning out quality hits - The owners are incredibly out of touch with reality and don't watch television. I was reminded of Mr. Burns wanting to invest in an up and coming opera hat company. - One of the owners does not know how to treat people like human beings. I've seen employees leave her office in tears. -It's embarrassing to show any buyer the company library. It's that bad.

Thank you for taking the time to give us feedback; however, your comments regarding our library are misinformed. Our programming is not just from the 90s, our library actually spans 1985-2012. Sullivan Ent's titles continue to be shown in 140 countries around the world, which is why we take those business trips to Cannes.

So Embarrassing...

Pros

None. This place is truly horrible. Do not believe any of the "positive" reviews on this site, as they have been written by the owners in an attempt to make themselves look better.

Cons

The fact that these fake positive reviews keep showing up gives me horrible second-hand embarrassment. Basically, this company is saying that it's everyone-else-in-the-world's problem and fault, but not theirs (even though they can't hold on to an employee to save their lives.) I have seen several capable, responsible and friendly people leave this place because they could not stand the treatment they received from the owners.
