      This is a close knit "family" of employees. It offers great benefits and flex time.

      Cons

      If you are not part of the "in" crowd, it is not a good place. Management is lacking performance

      Pros

      Old line firm that still does 1st year associate rotation.

      Cons

      Culture is be out for yourself. No congeniality, no caring, no real colleagues as everyone is out for him/herself - associates and partners alike. No loyalty or recognition of hard work. After leading, managing and running a high-value closing, the relationship partner in my review noted that my work was "ok".

      Sullivan and Worcester provides a great work environment and work - life balance. Management are understanding and care about their employees. There is also a low turnover rate - several employees who have been at the firm for years.

      Cons

      Because there is a low turnover rate, opportunity for growth is limited.
