      1. If you want to make a timepass please join this company. 2. Please take a advice of a former employee before joining this company.

      1. Its not a "IT" Company its a "Political" Company. 2. No good projects, No growth. 3. Poor management. Sumasoft management is best to learn WHAT NOT TO DO. Favors kickass people. If you don't, don't bother getting hike. 4. No respect for a ladies. 5. Never follow policies. Never follows commitment. 6. senior people are so bloody rude and mannerless

      I WISH I HAVE BUT THERE IS NO ANY GOOD SIDE OF THIS COMPANY.

      There are lots of..the main i figure out is 1. There is huge difference between salary which is noted on offer letter and practicaly. 2. They behave like employees are machines. 3. Already salary is very less and they deduct in that also. 4. They are not giving holiday , they call for the employees on Sunday also. 5. HR and management team are worst part of the SUMA soft. 6. Long working hours. 7. Do not expect any salary growth like 1 rupee also if you want to work there. 8. There is no career.

      Friendly environment but not suitable for the people who are career oriented.

      Only for monkeys who work for peanuts could join this company who lack in their skills set or who doesn't know the accurate direction
