I very often count myself extremely fortunate to have found Sumdog for many reasons. Extremely good management. Always finding the perfect balance between friend and manager. Power is never abused and there is an obvious high level of trust with all employees, Great work life balance. When I leave work I don’t need to think about it again until I need to start my next shift. Great system for working out days off and holidays. Good pay and benefits, cannot complain. Lovely workspace. High ceilings and modern office. Social and friendly staff. In-office drinks on Friday afternoons which are always fun and a nice way to start the weekend. Company private jet that you can use at your leisure. Great for holida- Just kidding about this one, would be class though. Implemented learning time each week with a lot of flexibility on what you do. A lot of visibility. Although Sumdog is so established, as it is a smaller company you have more potential to make a change and this is apparent.

Working for a company that is genuinely trying to make an impact on the attainment gap. Very chilled working environment where everyone has a voice and are encouraged to use it. Transparency with decisions
