      Great environment, learning curve, various projects to work on, and flexible work location.

      Cons

      Salary is below the market average, and the annual raise percentage is not enough to compensate for the increased prices of almost everything here in Egypt. During 2 years working there, I didn't get any inflation raise, although the inflation rate in Egypt is above 20% every year
