      Pros

      Fast-growing company: very dynamic, multi-tasking and demanding environment. It was a great experience! You can dabble into anything that you like, be it marketing, operations, business development. You get a taste of the business across divisions. You work very closely with the Founder & CEO - so you really get to see how he operates on a day-to-day basis. Very few people get such opportunities.

      Cons

      Very limited training in place. Work on alternate Saturdays! Which can get very hectic. Promoter driven company, which can have its disadvantages.
