1) too much of struggle at personal level, hence u get to learn a lot after finishing the struggling stage. 2) Office Location 3) Leniency in morning office reporting time. 4) Job safety for next 2-3 years.
Cons
too many 1) Company is struggling with internal politics hence no-one is able to do any betterment. 2) No proper orgnisation chart, no scope of recognition or progression for working level employees. 3) No benefits for employees. You only get Salary. nothing else. not even medical insurance or Vehicle parking. 4) No training to staff
