Pros
The people are wonderful, the hours are manageable, the kids are very cool. You get to work with some of the best and brightest in HCMC. The folks that run it are very passionate about what they do, and it shows.
Cons
Must be willing to put up with almost no communication or direction, especially from top down. No standing job security means you may be let go with little notice or feedback.
