      This is a company which is doing construction in our country it has built lots of houses in Rwanda country and I know that it's technology and also taking good care of the employees is on of the things that it's doing the best

      Cons

      A thing that I think that they could do better is to hire the employes who are good at English couse communication is one of the most needed thing in the work and if it's not well performed there won't be any good working
