Pros

Work with great co workers

Cons

Upper management does not care about the employees or patients they are very money hungry and are just worried about getting numbers instead of actually making sure the patients are getting what they need. Upper managements is also not very knowledgeable at their jobs not one single manager currently know what they are doing and that is sad and this company is on the verge of shutting down.

Pros

Worked with great coworker, but extremely stressful environment.

Cons

Upper management is extremely unprofessional. They do not tell managers what is going on or future steps. They laid several of us off due to RIF, but not even our managers knew. The stressful amount of worked placed on people and moving us from project to project with no hope/time to finish the one they gave us before was terrible because they couldn't make up their minds. They are trying to outsource everything. DON'T WORK FOR THIS COMPANY.
