Pros

Pay and benefits are if not equal to industry standards, are above for the requisite positions. However....they will hire you for x and expect a lot more. I do mean a LOT.

Cons

Growing company that bit off more than they can chew. Managers are by and large atrocious with minimal training. HR is corporate and as such has no idea what happens outside of Orlando. There is no training, no career path, feedback or annual meetings regarding behavioral performance or challenges that one might face. There are rarely meetings at all depending upon the department. There is also no control regarding the behavior of managers. One manager screams, shouts and spits with rage. Spits to where you wipe it off. She is in over her head and universally disliked by her team and peers. The job description is merely a starting point, they add without compunction and attempt to hire people with as much experience as possible so that they can mine it without paying for it.

It pays my bills

Pros

The money is decent compared to what I could be making elsewhere locally.

Cons

The leadearship is the worst I have ever worked for. Customers constant issues are not properly worked to the end of the problem. The ball is dropped here daily because of lack of full game plans and follow thru on managements part. The customer facing frontline employees take all the heat knowing full well that most of the never ending issues customers face will probably never be fully resolved. That sucks from an employee standpoint knowing you have to blow smoke up some customers wazoos to move on to the next fire. I feel bad for alot of our customers knowing the frustration thay have to endure and not being able to take their problem to full resolution through all the departments and red tape here.

Avoid This Company

Pros

None whatsoever. Stay away or you will regret it.

Cons

This was the worst job experience I've ever had. If you are wondering about working in the store front, run away. You are servicing rich customers in the Naples and Fort Myers area that feel like they are entitled to everything. There is no work life balance. You will be working Saturdays and you will be working overtime, sometimes 6 day work weeks back to back. The customers are rude and management pretends to sympathize with you, but they don't care about you. I have never been micromanaged so much in my life. Management needs to be shuffled out. The processes you use for your job are not efficient. You will have to do the work of other departments as well as your own. The company is heavily influenced by the customers. If the customer is part of a condo association board or knows the C.O.O. then they can basically get what ever they want from the company. Look, long story short, avoid this company at all costs if you live in the Fort Myers, Naples area.
