Pros

Very relaxed atmosphere; ability to work from home; good benefits; nice colleagues.

Cons

Unexpected mass layoffs and management changes; senior management seems to be purposely ruining company.

Pros

The company itself is made up of good brands that are, for now, respected in their industries.

Cons

Upper management is an exclusive club that cultivates talent based off of myopic performance measures rather than meaningful long-term potential. The focus is on reading P&L and balance sheets in a vacuum rather than actually understanding the business that's being run.

Pros

Most employees are gracious and friendly. They strive to give you good benefits even if it's costly.

Cons

If you're a woman, don't expect to be promoted or given a raise. The C-suite is dominated by men who protect their friends. There are so many disrespectful things that go on, and most of it is swept under the rug. Be hopeful you get a decent manager.
