Pros

- 19.81/hr starting is decent pay if you don’t have many financial obligations - SCC offers a lot of flexibility

Cons

- Things are changing all the time, so you have to stay up to date on the current rules which is difficult - It’s disheartening to see kids struggle so much, and it’s often related to trauma. - There are a lot of Care Coordinators that don’t do their job, and that causes extra work for you when their members end up on your caseload.
