Pros

The patients, who are often very sweet.

Cons

Some borderline fraudulent practices are demanded of you, and if you stand up to it, you will get in trouble. Very authoritarian, dishonest, uncaring, petty and discriminatory management, focused overwhelmingly on the bottom line. Generally unfriendly management and colleagues. Worst documentation system known to man, and on top of that, the company requires absurd levels of detail and redundancy in its documentation, which ends up taking about twice as long as it would with other more efficient documentation systems and companies requiring far less redundancy. Required to cover very large distances, since they have difficulty staffing due to their reputation.

Cons

Communication, frequent changes, instability, just not enough communication from top down. Everything done via PowerPoint, email,etc
