The team is tight knit and each person cares about the others success. This company provides a platform for self growth and the opportunity to receive company stock units. We're growing really fast and it's a fun time to be here!
Cons
Healthy snacks are always available... but maybe a small bowl of chocolates would be nice :)
Competitive pay and remote possibilities. Some really great people, bogged down by upper management.
Cons
This start up only cares about appearances. Whatever they can do to make themselves look more diverse, professional, caring, etc. they will do. Once you get started you’ll find the experience to be anything other than a collaborative, caring, empowering environment. Upper management is the problem here. They claim to care about “changing lives” but ultimately it’s all about money. Extremely fake people in the C suite, scared of diversity.
