Absolutely everything! Employees are underpaid and verbally abused.

Administrative workers did their best to work together.

Cons

No raises, No work reviews, No set procedures, Upper Management DOES NOT CARE enough about admin/billing offices or getting paid so long as they make enough for themselves. The office is gross. Mice were an issue at one point and some have probably died in the walls.

Shared the experience with a cohort of people and there are plenty of different training opportunities.

Cons

The workload was difficult to manage at times and support was not always available.
