Pros

Old management (not there anymore). HR Lady is very kind. Shop in backyard makes it easy to check on progress and reports.

Cons

No communication by Management. Reviews are BS and they don't go by them for raises or layoffs. They don't care about feedback (and request many company surveys, that don't do anything). Non business personnel running the company. Culture was friendly until new management came in, took away all extra activities and lunches.

Pros

The benefits and pay are good. There are a lot of different skills to learn and practice throughout the company. The diversity of projects is impressive. The workers and engineers are great people.

Cons

The family owner/CEO managed the company from Colorado and employed two sons as engineers. If you like their family culture, company parties, and project variety, this could be a good fit for you. Just beware of favoritism, drama, overworking employees, resistance to innovation, and management not paying attention to issues.
