Pros

The medicine was always Summit's biggest strengths and I hope this continues.

Cons

Recent management changes have taken this place down a sad path. Summit had it's faults, but it was built on innovation, community and doing things a little different, for better or worse. It is now a corporate play thing like so many others and numbers trump everything.
