      Somewhat competitive pay... but good luck getting a raise or advancing.

      Cons

      No performance reviews or opportunities for raises, unless you're in "leadership positions." Seen coworkers get fired over the most ridiculous stuff and no loyalty to frontline employees who work like mules to fix the cracks leadership's top-down decisions create.
