I am an adjunct and have been happy with the pay, training, and respect. I am a career adjunct educator and I can say I rate Summer in my top two employees for college adjunct work

No benefits but that is the standard for part timers
-College president is out of touch, and wants what she wants without listening to what the employees and students need. -Spends more time on the perception of the school than actually investing in the school and people. -Admissions operates in an ethically gray area, and calls are recorded so there is no accountability. -Technology and students management systems need a major upgrade -HR is not your friend
