Pros
There is nothing positive to mention about working at this company.
Cons
I regret to say that my experience at Sumsub was far from positive. Despite initially being excited to join the team, several issues quickly became apparent that made my time there highly stressful and unrewarding. Firstly, the company has a terrible training and onboarding process. There is no structured training program, and new hires are often left to figure things out on their own. This lack of support is incredibly frustrating and sets employees up for failure from the start. Secondly, there is no support system in place. Management is often unresponsive, and when issues arise, you are left to handle them without any guidance or assistance. This creates a very isolating and discouraging work environment. Finally, the most alarming aspect is the job security, or rather, the lack thereof. The company has a policy of firing employees without notice, which creates a constant state of anxiety and uncertainty. This practice is unprofessional and unfair to employees who dedicate their time and effort to the company.
