      Pros

      Pay is competitive, staff is very hard-working.

      Cons

      Poor management and communication. Expect tons of micro-management. Every-changing, toxic environment week to week. Company morale is extremely low.

      Pay is competitive, staff is motivated and hard working, CEO willing to take chances

      Cons

      Chief level staff have no clear roadmap and lack vision. Constant failure to manage resources (including both staff and financial). Chief level staff resort to bully tactics to motivate staff. While CEO will take financial risks, lacks vision and follow through. Micromanaging across the board.

      Sun Broadcast Group, is one of the top Network Radio companies in the country. The CEO, Jay Bailey, is one of the most innovative and inclusive leader in the media industry. Sun has partner with great companies like Shazam and is leading the effort in keeping radio valuable and relevant. Sun's great at developing talent in all departments as well as a promoting from within. A total 21st century work environment.

      Cons

      Sun has been too forgiving with staff that doesn't perform to their level of expectancy and has kept them too long.
