Pros

If you somehow find a positive from working here you are either a sadist, masochist or both.

Cons

If I could rate this company 0 stars I would. Negatives are still the same as my first review. Pay is nowhere near COL w/o having dual incomes, minimal benefits, toxic workplace (racism, sexism, ageism), no opportunity for a career as you are blocked at every level nor even given promotions. Middle Management are just air bags for Upper Management. Upper Management is out of touch with the modern world (they still believe its the 1950s where you could buy a house for $5). HR is useless. Want to work a 4 day week? Cool, but now your PTO time is less valuable and you're punished if you decide to take longer than a 3 day weekend. Overworks already overworked employees. I have turned away students who have messaged me looking for jobs out of college and told them to stay away. This place breeds incompetence.

Once excellent company

Pros

Good people below Top management level. Decent pay. Company has excellent products, and is leading inks and pigments company. Decent work-life balance.

Cons

Company continually forcing cost-cutting whilst top managers play golf, have lavish meals and wine and dine at company expense. People who speak up to voice legitimate issues are often fired. To get ahead you need to be a yes man. Company does not value diversity: no women or minorities in managment positions.
