      Pros

      No micro management. Really supportive team culture. Opportunity to travel OS for work. Stable company that has been running for 50+ years.

      Cons

      No clear pay review structure unless you are working under the EBA in the factory. No public transport nearby so you need your own car.

      It's a job and pay is on time.

      Nepotism! Family at the helm, who most of are inferior in their positions who either hold back experienced employees or push for redundancy in fear of exposing their own inadequacies .
