Great location and people. Free coffee for all. Clean bathrooms. Plant leadership cares for its people. Customers love the product.

Cons

CEO only interested in pay increase (3 times more than last CEO) for doing nothing except prop up the stock with acquisitions that don't seem to produce results. Does major circus to meet quarterly numbers by emptying the dock at the business every quarter even though it affects next quarter performance. Hires sons, sons father in law and relatives to positions in company. Board of Directors is asleep at the wheel and does not pay attention.

Much talk about the Koski equation, yet little to create the culture from upper management. Always on a 12 week cycle to ship and meet the quarterly numbers.
