Pros

Some of the coworkers are good people. Not much else. The owner is a nice guy.

Cons

Management makes promises they do not keep and have no intention of keeping. They hire molding managers that have no clue about injection molding. They hire molding managers, supervisors and techs that are not even qualified to be mold setters. Presses have never been maintained (zero preventive maintenance) and are in terrible condition.

If you’re not even a decent worker, you’ll love it here. Zero expectations just show up, late everyday and no one cares.

Cons

If you care about your work, you’ll hate it here. Tenured employees are relied upon but the issue is they are not skilled. This is why they are there still, no other company is dumb enough to pay such low skilled workers and treat them with value. The best way to describe this place is it’s on fire today, it’ll still be on fire when you clock in tomorrow and it’ll still be burning a year from now.
