Pros
Ultimate professionals, strive for excellence, supportive and family atmosphere. Really felt like part of a team, and like I would have been given tools to succeed had I stayed. Great business model sets you up for success at whatever property you work at.
Cons
Somtimes too much focus on customers/residents over employees. Is a trade off when saying customer service is the number one priority, which it is.
