Pros
You get to work with some of the newest machines in the printing industry. They’re flexible with taking time off.
Cons
Management style is to brow beat employees to get them to work harder. They will not honor any promise they made to you. They do not give out raises, NO MATTER HOW LONG YOU ARE THERE FOR. Management is disconnected from what’s going on in the shop. Their scheduling is an absolute joke.

I cannot think of any good reason to work for this company.
Cons
Everything. This company is one of the worst places to work. They claim to be a family owned oriented business and they are definitely family oriented...except only with their own family. This company has way too many bosses and most have no idea how to do the jobs they are managing. The pay is terrible, the female owner is difficult to deal with and they treat their production staff as if they were second-class citizens. The people that own this place should be called the "Crooks" instead of the "Cooks".
