Zero business experience or acumen. No business plan. Literally, NO plan. Zero leadership or followthrough. Exorbitant levels of nepotism. High exposure to questionable ethical and legal practices. The owner 'got lucky' once when stated a few years ago and now is petulant in refusing to let his professional staff guide him. Always looking for the next 'lightening' opportunity and burning through business relationships in the process. All department leaders are VERY defensive and territorial. Will not cooperate/collaborate or lend a hand. "It's not my job" is common to hear daily. Watched 2 General Managers (they call them CEO's but they are not) get utterly 'thrown under the bus' and fired in less than 8 months. All professional staff has fled. They give 'Titles' for compinsation incentives. If you are looking I recomend avoiding any entity owned by this individual. Each is only a different name but run under all the same people and practices. (Merchpond, SunFrog Shirts, SunFrog Wholesale, Hosting Rocket, Printaroo, Kent Family Offices,...)

i would give 0 star if I had the option, worst costumer support ever, scam company, worst support for their artist. Every year they are dropping their affiliate rate. From 60% to 50% to 40% to 30%. Go use other website like teespring or redbubble. They have a much better platform and support that actually care about you. Stay away from Sunfrog!
