      Pros

      Pay is ok and there is potential if upper management opened their eyes to all of the problems

      Cons

      Horrible training, High turnover. Bill needs to learn how to run a company and how to treat employees. He's like a little Napoleon who needs to grow up. There are so many things being done that are illegal. Stay away from this company, it's only a matter of time before they are shut down.

      There is one pro about this company - Casual Attire. Absolutely nothing else.

      Cons

      Where shall I begin... "Management" is a joke, "Leads are an even bigger joke, pay is terrible, benefits suck. Company is run poorly by a bunch of, in my opinion, "Idiots".
