Pros
Exceptionally hands off while being very supportive. Fantastic compensation. Very fair in general. Great work/life balance. Unlike most solar companies SBS will actually teach you solar for real rather than the typical big company approach of just letting you learn the bare minimum to sell. Good benefits. And the biggest thing. They operate ethically. You never have to wonder if you are doing the right thing.
Cons
No feedback so once you are out, you are out. If you aren't performing you may just wake up one day without a job. Marketing. A little of a dead end since it is so small, not much room to move up.
