      Increase in salary due to the "helath plan" gym hours equal additional income.

      Cons

      Most people are above 55. With old people comes the inability to bring change. Creativy and change are not welcome in a retirement work place environment. High turn onver rate. Favoritism, Nepotism. Unethical practices with customers, never delivering on time.

      Toxic environment including management. Lots of finger pointing to distract from true root cause. Primitive data collection. Too much paper instead of using software to collect data. Unfair distribution of work tasks by unqualified people.
