      Pros

      CEO always supported me. Sad to see horrible reviews about a very nice woman trying to grow her company. Most come from people not doing their jobs. Staff who respect her, don’t bother w bad reviews.

      Hours can be long and pace is busy.

      great co workers lots of on the job learning was given freedom to develop my role management celebrates birthdays, shares product samples, orders lunch regularly Management does make anyone work overtime

      Cons

      Its a small company, only 10 people so there's not a lot of big growth opportunities.
