      high demands and micromanagement don’t work here unless you need supervision

      Hourly rate, 40 hours per week, paid training, easily move to different positions within the company

      Micromanagement, decreasing flexibility, pay problems due to HR, offices close at 5 but expected to work 2 nights per week late, community based workers struggle to find safe bathrooms or locations to take zoom calls, high productivity requirements that don’t account for time spent traveling (throughout the county), frequent therapist and staff turnover, dismissive CEO

      Pros

      I don’t do reviews. But some of the reviews are filled with rage and anger. Suncoast is a mental health clinic. There are a lot of people in Pinellas county. We see the community. If you want to make less money and have down time, get a job at the mall. I have work in the community here for 5+ years. I like my manager. I do not feel micromanaged. Do not let the outpatient reviews sway you. We have good benefits. The community managers are professional and do not micromanage
