      Terribly managed. Appraisals assigned with no discussion or information on property. Files assigned with no consideration for scheduling resulting in unmanageable ebb and flow work. Very limited appraisal resources. Antiquated systems, network, and computers. No "team" environment. Disrespectful work environment.

      The people were very nice and supportive.

      Cons

      I'm not certain, but it appeared they lost many of the jobs they bided on and they jobs they won the bid for, it seemed like they bid so low that it barely covered the cost to complete the job.
