Company lacks organization, leadership, direction name it company lacks it.

Excessive hours constant changing of procedures and policies. Lack of direction and management experience current management thinks like these are slum Lord properties. No sense of teamwork or loyalty everyone is out to stab someone else. Can't keep personal only getting worse. Partners can't hire or keep the good people. They lack direction and tolerate less than substandard performance and teaching the significance of motivating a team that cares and will produce and help grow the company.
