Cons
It is an extremely toxic work environment. Upper management is a total joke not to mention there is no HR department so nothing is confidential in what you say. There are no boundaries set and any progressive ideas are denied and shamed immediately. They paint themselves as a "Christian" company but show up to coworkers homes drunk and expect to be babysat as they get wasted at conferences. They will open up meetings in "prayer" which is completely inappropriate but will make racist jokes about their own employees. You also will work 12-14 hour days with no overtime and "incentives/bonuses" are mentioned but management never follows through. The list goes on but make this job an absolute last resort if screen printing is what you looking for.
