      The people I got to work with on my team were great. The company was initially great about encouraging time off and a good work/life balance

      Cons

      Said they cared about people, culture and transparency but let that all go for their bottom line and now it seems like the company is getting worse.

      The mission is great, the product is solid and it’s fast growing

      Cons

      They just laid off 13 people, completely demolished the data team, gutted customer support, and eliminated the entire HR team. Starting to seem like they just don’t care about people -especially those that do the behind the scenes, not the shiny overpaid marketing department
