      Pros

      There are many skills that a person can pick up here including bulk processing, and working in an aseptic suite (Class 100) . These skills can make you much more marketable for our next job. Good medical package.

      Cons

      There have been no raises for our department in 5 years. The job title doesn't cover everything that we do in order to keep the wages low. No 401-K matching. If you work on Sunday for 2 hours you only get those hours of pay, not 4 hours as generally practiced by other companies.

      Most people are friendly and there are lots of events to celebrate anything from birthdays to various holidays.

      Cons

      Management has a very top down approach. It's very much a "my way or the high way approach"

      Career growth minimal at this point. Cost of product is not in line with the market. Marketing needs improving. Communication overall needs improvement. Start up company
