There are hardly any pros to work with .
Cons
No Transparency . Intitally was promised travel allowance but was not given any . 70-30 ratio will put you in a fix. Management has a bad habbit of shouting on employees in front of Everyone Ill Mannered Directors Just before finalization of a particular deal , they will put an empoyee in a fix by having him on Performance Improvement Plan with 1 month Notice . So you will be forced to resign and your director will enjoy the large junk of your incentives,
