      Dishonest leadership and low pay

      Pros

      I met some great people at Sungage and learned a lot about residential solar finance.

      Cons

      Management is dishonest with it's employees, particularly as it pertains to growth opportunities and the company's stability. Don't take a job here unless you absolutely need the money because you will be looking again in six months.

      - does not meet the expectations/ promises that they make - asks for feedback constantly but does nothing with it - constantly shifts roles and responsibilities back and forth between positions
