Uneducated upper management who plays favorites so the same rules do not apply to all, too many cliques and backstabbing from upper management, to the people in HR, to individual managers in the branches and member solutions center managers, poor treatment.
Disregard any positive reviews on this place. It wreaks like dog feces and the organization as a whole will not prosper in the long run. Push for opening new memberships and new branches, but no focus to improve the technology and infrastructure. Only willing to appease its board of directors in order to stay in competition with other credit unions in the area
Cons
Worry more about your employees and raise the pay which is already substandard and below market average. Try focusing more on improving technology and your legacy tools in order to stay aligned with the growth of the company. You cant push for new products and memberships when you dont have the proper tools to support it.
