Great first month as Management Trainee
Pros
I just completed my first month as a Management Trainee at Sunnystep, and the experience has been very positive so far. The onboarding process was clear and well-structured, which made it easy for me to understand my responsibilities and get up to speed quickly. The team here is incredibly supportive and approachable—everyone I’ve interacted with has been friendly and willing to help, which makes settling into a new role much smoother. The company culture feels collaborative, and you can really sense the passion people have for the brand and its mission.
Cons
It’s still early in my journey, so I don’t have much to flag yet. Like with any growing company, there’s always room for streamlining certain processes, but I see this as part of the learning curve.
