The management team seems disconnected from reality and lacks a clear understanding of what they’re doing. They hired me expecting a “miracle” to fix their long-standing internal issues within a tight timeframe, but when I couldn’t meet their unrealistic and constantly changing expectations, the department head created an unsupportive and stressful environment, frequently focusing on minor issues. Eventually, they terminated my employment instead of addressing the root causes of their problems. Payroll for non-exempt employees has reportedly been calculated incorrectly for many years, which should be reviewed by the proper authorities. Senior leadership is not aligned, leaving employees confused and directionless. There’s also no consistent background check process for management-level positions, which could expose the company to compliance and safety risks. Overall, working here was a frustrating experience and a waste of valuable time.
