I was one of 2 people furloughed during the COVID-19 outbreak. I did not deal with the public, I was not sick, I was not high risk, and I was not a carrier. Yet I was furloughed anyway. Just because my supervisor didn’t like me. There were 3 employees doing the same job as me. The other 2 were elderly, high risk, out of shape and inexperienced. Yet they were not furloughed and I was. One of them messed up badly in the mailing room and overcharged for postage, costing the company money. I was the one to correct her - in front of our boss - yet I was the one getting furloughed for months. When I was more physically able and more knowledgeable about the job. I had also been there longer than the other 2 admin clerks combined. Yet they got to keep their jobs and I was forced out. DISCRIMINATION!! Do not work here
