Pros
Great work/home balance, opportunity to earn monthly bonuses in addition to salary or hourly pay for just getting the job done, lighthearted culture, growth opportunities (they really want their employees to advance to management), honest and direct communication, great benefits etc. The really focus on working to live not living to work.
Cons
None. After being employed her for nearly 20 years I can honestly say that I have witnessed more employees take advantage of the company than the company take advantage of the employees.
