Overtime was damn good when the season was right.

Cons

Lack communication, lack professionalism, show too much favoritism and racism, customer matters more over the drivers, Fort Worth mechanics suck, dispatchers don’t never know nothing, the trucks stay down then up, this company has more downs then ups, they’ll talk to you like you don’t have no spine

Tons of overtime, dispatch will work with you as much as they can, recent model well maintained trucks.

Cons

No bonuses of any kind, no week guarantee, no 401k matching and absolutely not life work balance.
