The company has a lot of hard working talented individuals with a lot of experience that can assist with the future growth of the company.

Employees are pushed hard and not always listened to. Many of the employees have a lot of experience that could truly help the company.

Pros

Fun employee events. Wine trips, fun Friday afternoons, company outings. Not much else is great. Oh food pitch ins and catered lunches every now and then.

Cons

They will try to bring you in at a super low salary. Good luck ever getting more. People are not listened to unless you’re in upper management. Mid level management is very difficult to work with.
