Pros
It's a small boutique firm that is very focused on client needs. Treating the client like an individual is encouraged.
Cons
In a small firm like Sunshine there is little to no competition among employees. Everyone operates in a family environment.

Pros
Sunshine Accounting has relaxed working environment and great benefits. The clients are kind and the work is challenging. The hours are not overwhelming.
Cons
Given that Sunshine Accounting is a small company the benefits that exist in a large firm don't exist here. Arrangements are made to substitute large firm benefits but it is still very different than the larger firms where I have worked.
